Under the banner of Rathnamma Movies, produced by P. Murthy, directed by Orata Shree, and starring Tsunami Kitty — who had gained the public’s attention through reality shows — as the lead, the pre-release event of the film “Kora” was recently held in a grand manner. “Orata” Prashanth, “Bigg Boss” fame Tanisha Kuppanda, Rajath, Salaga Suri, Sanjay Gowda, A.K. Murthy, Ramesh and others attended as chief guests and wished the film, which is releasing on April 18, a grand success. Later, members of the film team spoke.

“With the blessings of Koragajja, I have produced this film under the name of my mother through Rathnamma Movies. Thanks to the efforts of director Shree and the entire team, this film has come out very well. There have been plenty of films in family sentiment, action, thriller genres. But our ‘Kora’ is a film with a different storyline. The story unfolds entirely in the forest. Being a devotee of Koragajja, I experienced many miracles during the shoot of this film. Overall, this is a film that won’t cheat the audience for the money they spend. I’ve also acted in a key role in this movie. With the support of distributors Jayanna and Chandan Suresh, our film is releasing in Kannada on April 18. In the following weeks, it will also release in Telugu and Tamil. May all of you support our film,” said producer P. Murthy.

Director Shree, who thanked the producer for giving him the opportunity to direct this film, as well as his father, mother, and the entire team that supported the movie, said: “‘Kora’ is a story set forty years in the past. It’s true that most of the story unfolds in the forest. I play a tough villain in this film. Through this movie, the Kannada film industry will definitely get a fine antagonist,” said director Shree.

“I thank producer P. Murthy, who made me a hero through this film after my participation in reality shows, and director Shree, who believed in my acting and prepared me for the role. With the effort of our team, ‘Kora’ is coming to you as a good film — please bless us,” said lead actor Tsunami Kitty.

“My role in ‘Kora’ is really good. My character’s name is Ganga,” said heroine Charishma.

Co-producer Cheluvaraju, actors Muni, Soujanya, Raju Nayak, Girish Kache, Arya, music director Hemanth Kumar, cinematographer Selvam, editor Girish, and Telugu distributor Balaji also spoke about “Kora”.
