‘Kerebete’ is a movie that has garnered a lot of interest in Sandalwood through its first look and teaser. Now, the film team has presented the trailer before the fans. The highly anticipated trailer has been released. ‘Kerebete’ portrays the practice of upland fish hunting. Director Rajguru is bringing this unique hill culture to the screen for the first time. Gauri Shankar SRG is seen as the hero. Gauri Shankar is all set to shine on the screen with a different village-based movie.
It was special that the trailer was released in an ‘Antige Pintige’ style. Before the release, he went door to door in Bengaluru holding a lamp and asking them to wish for the success of his movie. Later, Gauri Shankar’s daughter, the cute Little Ishwari Mana, unveiled the trailer.
The trailer starts with a sticky note, and it is amazing. This movie is set in a mountain village. In this brief trailer, you can see the complete picture of the highlands, including fishing and the quarrels and fights of the villagers. The curiosity and anticipation of what the movie will be like have doubled.
The hero, Gauri Shankar, has shown a glimpse of his acting prowess in the trailer. Bindhu Sivaram, the heroine, also lives up to her role. This is Bindhu’s first movie.
Director Rajguru is no stranger to cinema. Earlier, he worked as an assistant director with director Pawan Wodeyar on films including Googly, Ranavikrama, Natasarvabhauma, Jessie, and Remo. Now, he is emerging as an independent director for the first time through Kere Bete. He had grown up watching and playing Kere Bete. So, an attempt has been made in this movie to portray the lifestyle of the highlands in such a realistic way. The background music is also beautifully done.
Gopalkrishna Deshpande, Sampath Kumar, and many others acted in the movie. Gagan Baderia has composed the music for the film. The film is bankrolled by Gauri Ahakankar’s brother Jaishankar Patel under his Janamana Cinemas banner. The film is slated for release on March 15th.
