Vishnu Manchu’s dream project ‘Kannappa’ is being shot on a grand scale under the AVA Entertainments and 24 Frames Factory banners. The film is produced by Dr. Mohan Babu and directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh. The teaser of this film was released on Friday, and the team organized the teaser launch event in an equally grand manner.

Speaking during the teaser launch, Mohan Babu said, “We have made this Kannappa movie with the consent of Parameshwar. The movie has been made as planned. Multilingual stars have acted in our movie. I have produced this movie on a grand scale.”

“From the first day till now, every audience member has eagerly watched ‘Kannappa’. I have seen the support the movie is getting on social media. Now that dream has come to the stage of bringing it to all of you. The journey of the Kannappa movie started in 2014-15. It is now getting ready due to the encouragement of my father Mohan Babu, Vinnie, and my brother Vinay,” stated Vishnu Manchu.

Shankaracharya said, “The Kannappa movie is not just history; it is a story of the Chola period of the second century. Poet Dhurjati wrote about it in the 14th century. The British also mentioned it in English in the 18th century. We studied all this and made this movie with the same care,” said Vishnu Manchu.

Director Mukesh Kumar Singh said, “The strength of the film ‘Kannappa’ is my artists. I cannot fully convey Vishnu’s acting and the difficulties he faced. The whole team worked hard even in the bitter cold. Vishnu, Sarath Kumar, and Mohan Babu have supported me beyond my expectations.”

Sarath Kumar said, “Kannappa is not just a movie; this is our history. Everyone has lived their roles. Even now, we remain in those roles. The movie has been made so meticulously. Everyone is forgetting history. We must tell our history. Everyone should see Kannappa.”

Madhubala said, “I am happy and proud to act in a project like ‘Kannappa’. Thanks to Mohan Babu and Vishnu for giving me such a good opportunity. Vishnu Manchu has a lot of knowledge in filmmaking. People like Vishnu have taken a big risk with this movie. It felt like participating in a big yajna.”

“Thanks to Mohan Babu, Vishnu, and Mukesh Singh for giving me a chance in ‘Kannappa’. Everyone has given their best to this film. Everyone will like the film,” said Preeti Mukundan.
