The ’13’ Kannada movie team has launched a special initiative on Independence Day, distributing free gas and food kits to around 500 auto rickshaw drivers as part of their pre-release campaign. This event also coincided with the birthday of the film’s protagonist, Raghavendra Rajakumar, on August 15th. The giveaway took place at the 4th block, Jayanagar Vigna Vinayaka Auto stand, and saw the presence of popular actor Pramod Setty and dedicated social worker Anil Kumar.
In addition to providing 500 kits to the auto drivers, the team also offered petrol at the subsidized rate of just one rupee per liter. Anil Kumar, the film’s presenter, extended his best wishes to ’13’, the upcoming Kannada film set to hit the screens on September 15th.
Directed by K Narendra Babu, the movie features a talented cast including Raghavendra Rajakumar, veteran actor Shruthi, and Pramod Shetty. The film revolves around a thrilling narrative that emphasizes national unity.
’13’ is backed by the investment of Yuvi Productions’ K Sampath Kumar, HS Manjunath, Manjunath Gowda, and C Keshavamurthy. The film has received a U/A certification from the regional censor board.
