The word ‘Kadal’ is a Kannada word, not a Tamil word. With the same title, there are quite a few films in Kannada and Tamil. The fresher team is very cautiously making this film under Vijayapriya’s direction.
The launch of ‘Kadal’, which is being produced by Vijayadeepa Pictures and directed by Vijayapriya, was held at Sri Adishakti Madanaghattamma Temple on Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, Magadi Road. The tagline ‘Bhavanegala Bhashege Mounavemba Lipiye Premi’ is quite lengthy but expresses the feel of the film. Deepika is the producer of the film ‘Kadal’.
The script work for Kadal went on for three to four years. A question arises as to whether Kadal is a Tamil word, but Kadal is a genuine Kannada word. Director Vijayapriya said that a shooting plan has been made in Bengaluru, Haasan, and Mandya, and there will be 6 songs in the film.
Sugreev, the lead actor of the film Kadal, said, “He has a diploma in theater arts from Neenasam and theater is my foundation. Before this movie started, he made a short movie with the same team. No one is new here; everyone is an expert in their field. Actor Sugreev said that this is his second film and he appears as a Lover Boy.
When the heroine Geetha says there is no world without love. I am happy to see that I am playing a role in such a movie. Geeta is playing the character of a PhD girl in the movie.
