The trailer of Vicky Varun and Dhanya Ramkumar’s starrer “Kaalapatthar” was released by Karunada Chakravarthy Sivarajkumar at a crowded gathering. The much-awaited film is set to hit the screens on September 13.
Produced by Bhuvan Suresh and Nagaraj Billinakote under Bhuvan Movies, the trailer of ‘Kaalapatthar’—directed by Vicky Varun of ‘Kendasampige’ and ‘College Kumar’ fame, who also stars in the lead role—has been released. After unveiling the trailer, Sivarajkumar said, “The ‘Kaalapatthar’ trailer is very good,” and expressed his hope that the film would become a super hit.
“I didn’t initially want to be an actor. I came into the film industry to become a director. I have worked as an assistant to Duniya Suri. Acting with Shivanna in ‘Kaddipudi’ was an unforgettable moment. I am even happier today as he has released the trailer of my directorial film. I thank the producers and crew for giving me this opportunity,” said director and actor Vicky Varun, encouraging the audience to support the film when it releases on September 13.
Dhanya Ramkumar, a close relative of Shivanna, released the trailer and gave her blessings. Vinay Rajkumar also attended the event. “My family has supported me since the beginning,” said Dhanya Ramkumar, adding that her role in this film is different from her previous ones.
Veteran director TS Nagabharana, Rajesh Nataranga, Chakravarthy Chandrachud, and other artists and technicians who worked on the film also spoke about their experiences.
