Director Gurutej Shetty and actor Kiran Raj, who created a promising impression in the film industry through the movie “Rani”, have come together once again. Kiran Raj, who made waves wielding a long weapon in “Rani”, is now riding a horse as “Jockey”. The technical team that worked in “Rani” is also working here — Raghavendra B. Kolar handles cinematography, Satish is in charge of art direction, and Umesh R. B. is editing the film.
Under the banner of “Golden Gate Studios”, Bharathi Satyanarayan is producing the film “Jockey 42”. This is a commercial film, and the story unfolds against the backdrop of horse racing. The film includes love, family sentiment, and humor, says director Gurutej Shetty. Filming will begin from May 15.
Shooting will take place in Bengaluru, Mysore, and even abroad. The film team, which has released the title of the movie, has caught the audience’s attention with the title poster. With a horse racing backdrop, the poster shows “Jockey” on a horse and money rolls under the horse’s hooves, highlighting the title “Jockey 42”. Further details about the cast and crew are yet to be announced by the team.
