With grief of infighting and not tolerating the talent the famous actor of Ashwini Nakshtra TV serial who later got a wide range of offers from non Kannada film fraternity has finally announced good bye to Kannada. He was speaking at the Iravan meet in Bengaluru last Thursday.

The towering actor in Kannada, Television and a fantastic cricket player in CCL, a highly qualified (Structural Engineer) Jayaram Karthik felt he is immensely depressed with the state of affairs.

JK alias Jayaram Karthik thought of staying in Mumbai after a rousing welcome he got for ‘Raavan’ role in ‘Siya Ka Ram’ – this TV serial in Hindi was dubbed in international languages. Later he got offers in Hindi such as Pushpa I Hate Tears, and his role in ‘Shabaash Mithu’ a biopic in Mithali Raj played by Tapsi Pannu further catapulted his image.

I don’t want to be in sorrow in my life. My parents have given me enough education and in the cinema field I put 100 percent hard work. Why should I get the insults and trouble shooters are not taking away my talent. I would further prove this in other languages. At the time of ‘Siya Ka Ram’, I said no to two mega projects in Hindi. All because I wanted to make it big in my home language Kannada but that is a very difficult proposition today, says JK with a fit of anger.
