Jayaram Karthik, popularly known as JK, has made a significant shift from being a prominent figure in the Ashwini Nakshatra TV serial to establishing himself as a producer in the film industry. Despite his commendable efforts in several Kannada films, success eluded him. However, it was during his time in the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) that he gained widespread popularity as a Structural Engineer.
Venturing into Hindi cinema, JK garnered international recognition for his role as ‘Raavan’ in Siya Ka Ram. Subsequently, he received offers for Hindi films such as Pushpa I Hate Tears. Notably, his portrayal in ‘Shabaash Mithu,’ a biopic featuring Tapsi Pannu as Mithali Raj, contributed significantly to enhancing his image.
After a substantial career in the entertainment industry, JK has embarked on a new journey by establishing JK Films. His debut production, ‘Om Tat Sat,’ revolves around a motivational theme.
Following his impressive performance as Don Devaraj in the film ‘Kaiva,’ JK confirmed the development of his production banner. Amidst the shooting of the film ‘Marga,’ with ‘Kaada’ gearing up for release, JK’s venture into film production marks a pivotal moment in his career.
