Jaskaran Singh, who made a strong entry into playback singing with his debut song Dwapara Datuta Nannanne Nodalu for Golden Star Ganesh’s Krishnam Pranaya Sakhi, has delivered yet another melodious and heartfelt song for the Kannada film Anshu.
Nisha Ravikrishnan, famed for Gattimela, plays the lead role in Anshu. A meaningful song from the film, which has captivated audiences with its unique intensity, has now been released. This song, resonating deeply upon first listen, has garnered immense appreciation from listeners. Crafted to reflect the film’s narrative, the song feels as if it holds the very soul of the story within it. With Anshu set for release on November 21, the song has helped the film connect with audiences even before it hits theaters.
Originally from Punjab, singer Jaskaran Singh rose to fame in Kannada through a music reality show. Now in high demand, his voice brings life to Anshu’s latest track. The charming lyrics “Neenu Nambo Naale” were penned by Mahendra Gowda, while KC Balasarangan’s music direction sets the perfect mood for the song.
This film marks MC Channakesava’s directorial debut, produced by Ratan Gangadhar, Sampath Sivashankar, and Kriti Nanaiah under the Grahana LLP banner. Cheluvaraj, Jayachandra Yallappa, Pramod Chinnaswamy, and Dr. Madhuraj have also contributed as producers.
With cinematography by Sunil Narasimhamurthy and costume design by Asha M Thomas, the film has been meticulously crafted. Background music by GV Prakash and newcomer Vignesh Shankar adds depth to the storytelling. Anshu will be released across the state on Thursday, November 21.
