Director Venkat Bharadwaj, known for his innovative titles and experimental approach, has quietly wrapped up the first phase of shooting for his 13th film, “Hey Prabhu.”
The title “Hey Prabhu” might evoke thoughts of God or Lord Kempegowda. The film’s team recently unveiled the title logo, which intriguingly features an image of Kempegowda.
The team has announced that the shooting will be completed in another 5 days, with editing work already underway. The director has reportedly finished the first cut of the film.
Cinematography is handled by Pramod Bharatiya, while Danny Anderson is composing the music. Technical work is managed by Chandan P., Shamik Bhardwaj, and Lawrence Pritam. The film features dialogues by Mahesh and Praveen, with lyrics by Arasu Antare and Manoj Rao. “Hey Prabhu” is produced by 24 Reels and Amrutha Film Center.
Venkat Bharadwaj, who is also the story and screenplay writer, is introducing Danny Anderson, son of renowned Tamil music director Samson Jaipal, as a music director in the film industry.
The film stars Jai, Surya Raj, Laxman Sivashankar (known for Kemperway), Samhita Vinyasa, Gajanan Hegde, Niranjan Prasad, Hari Dhananjaya, Pramod Raj, Dilip Dev, Netra Gopal, Suchitra Dinesh, Sadhan Bhatt, Manohar, Shashir Raju, among others.
Additionally, Venkat Bharadwaj’s two films, “Haina” and “Ahata,” are set to release in August and October, respectively.
