It’s a widely held belief that ghosts are often thought to roam during the early and mid-morning hours. Now, the eagerly awaited movie ‘Ghost,’ featuring Dr. Shivarajakumar and directed by Srinivas MG, is set to have its premiere at midnight on October 18. October 19 has been slated as the official release date.
The prestigious Sandesh Productions is organizing the midnight 12 show of ‘Ghost’ at a prominent theater on KG Road, and fans of Dr. Shivarajakumar are already thrilled by this announcement. Director Srinivas refers to it as a typical ‘fan show.’
In the past, Dr. Shivarajakumar’s film ‘Bhajarangi’ had a 6 a.m. screening, but a midnight show has never been attempted before in his cinema career.
Not only are audiences in Karnataka and other parts of the country excited about ‘Ghost,’ but fans and moviegoers abroad are also eagerly anticipating its release.
The teaser for ‘Ghost,’ released on Dr. Shivarajakumar’s last birthday, when he had acted in 125 films, received an outstanding response. Renowned Indian actor Anupam Kher, who is making his debut in Kannada cinema, expressed his eagerness to watch the film in Mumbai during a video conversation with Shivarajakumar.
The cast includes Malayalam actor Jayaram, Archana Jois, Sathyaprakash, Prashanth Narayan, Dattanna, Abhijit, Srini, and others.
Srini is the writer of the story and screenplay for ‘Ghost,’ while dialogues were written by Prasanna VM. Arjun Janya, a prolific music composer, is working on the film’s music, and Mahender Simha, one of the industry’s leading cinematographers, is the director of photography for ‘Ghost.’
