Golden Star Ganesh, Ramenahalli Jagannath and Vaishnavi Films are joining for the first time. On the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the new film starring Ganesh in the lead was launched.
A new film titled “Tamma Sukhagamana Bayasuva” is being made in the combination of Golden Star Ganesh, who has won the hearts of fans through his remarkable performances, and director Ramenahalli Jagannath, known for good films like “Hondisi Bareyiri” and “Teertharoopa Thandeyavarige.” The film is being produced by Vijay Lohith under the banner of Vaishnavi Films, with co-production by Satish H. Gowda.
The muhurat ceremony of “Tamma Sukhagamana Bayasuva,” which has attracted attention from its title itself, was held on the auspicious day of Maha Shivaratri at Kanteerava Studio. Shilpa Ganesh sounded the clapboard to formally launch the film. Members of the film team were present on the occasion. Many fans and friends of Ganesh witnessed the muhurat ceremony.
Calling it his “golden” day, director Ramenahalli Jagannath said that when “Mungaru Male” released in 2006, he was an engineering student. He has lost count of how many times he watched that film. Today, he feels very happy to be making a film with Ganesh. This is a time to celebrate Ganesh’s twenty-year journey. During the shooting of -“Teertharoopa Thandeyavarige,” through a friend, he contacted Ganesh and narrated this story. The story was written specifically for Ganesh, and he is the apt hero for it. It is a family-oriented emotional drama.
Vijay Lohith is producing the film under the Vaishnavi Films banner, with Satish H. Gowda as co-producer. Arjun Janya will compose the music. Details about the remaining cast and technicians will be shared in the coming days.
Speaking about the title, he said that a title should be close to usage and relatable to people. The titles of his previous two films were like that. This title too will connect with people and complements the story and characters.
“Mungaru Male” was released in 2006, and now it is 2026. Twenty years have passed. He said he doesn’t know how those twenty years went by. God has blessed him with good producers, directors, writers and the love of everyone. He hopes it continues. One day, a friend called and said that his friend had prepared a script especially for him. When he asked who it was, he was told it was Ramenahalli Jagannath, the director of “Hondisi Bareyiri.” He said he had watched that film and found it very good. He described Jagannath as a sensible writer who portrayed human emotions beautifully in that film. Later, Jagannath narrated the story. While listening to it, he was moved to tears of joy. It is such a rare story. Though it is a family subject, it contains all the elements that audiences expect. He had told the director to choose a similarly appealing title like his previous two films. They have chosen “Tamma Sukhagamana Bayasuva,” a title that will be dear to everyone. He is confident the director will make the film well, and that the producers will support it. He also mentioned that many popular songs have come from his combination with Arjun Janya, and this film too will have melodious songs, said lead actor Ganesh.
Producer Vijay Lohith said this is their banner’s second film and hoped that the encouragement given to their first film would continue for this one as well. Co-producer Satish H. Gowda was present at the press meet.
