During a grand gathering at the Malnad Utsav, Dr. Jayamala unveiled the ‘Jalapatha’ song titled “Elli Hodene Sakhi…” and took a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about her childhood days in Chickmagaluru district. She expressed her best wishes for the new actor in the film, Nagasri, and aspired for the film’s success to resonate with a wide audience.
Producer TC Ravindra Tumbaramane emphasized that the film ‘Jalapatha’ serves as a platform for nurturing rural talent in the film industry. The heartfelt lyrics of this love song were penned by Vanitha Venkatesh.
Music director Sadwini Koppa, along with Srinidi Shastry, who was revealed as the film’s director by Ramesh Begar, beautifully rendered this song. Additionally, the first song of the film, “Edeya Daniya Hadu Kelu,” sung by the renowned artist Vijayaprakash, carries a powerful message about environmental consciousness and is composed by Sadwini Koppa.
