The court has ordered judicial custody for Darshan until July 04 in connection with the murder case. On June 8, Darshan and others were accused of assaulting and killing someone in a shed in Pattanagere, after which they were arrested on Tuesday, June 9. Today, Darshan and his close associates Vinay, Pradosh, Dhanaraj were presented by the police to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court. After conducting the inquiry, the judges ordered judicial custody for Darshan and the other three. Subsequently, Darshan and the other accused were taken to Parappana Agrahara Central Jail.
This isn’t Darshan’s first visit to Parappana Agrahara Jail. He was sent there 13 years ago on charges of physically assaulting his wife Vijayalakshmi. Now, for the second time, Darshan is experiencing jail life.
Recently, in this case, Darshan’s friends Pavitra Gouda, Pavan, Raghavendra, Nandish, Jagadish, Anu Kumar, and Ravishankar were also placed in judicial custody.
