“AI technology is like God to me today. It works all the time for my writing and provides substantial feedback. I am amazed by such technology,” said Crazy Star V. Ravichandran while speaking to media persons after the title launch of his guest role film Pyaar at MMB Legacy on Monday morning.
Apparently, the next film directed by V. Ravichandran, who is also handling the story, screenplay, choreography, lyrics, music, and dialogues, is titled MY GOD… CRAZY.
The trailblazer of the Kannada film industry had not appeared before the media for the past year because he wanted to let his work speak for itself. “I want to see the rush to theaters from the audience. I wanted my work alone to showcase what is in my mind,” he categorically stated.
Referring to Ravi Bopanna, his last film, which did not draw crowds for the first show, Ravichandran was visibly disappointed. “Then I decided that I should not talk at all but instead show my work to the audience, who always encourage me,” he said.
As of now, My God Crazy will be released before Prema Loka 2. Manoranjan Ravichandran is playing the lead alongside a Korean actress. “Of course, there will be over 20 songs, ranging from one minute to five minutes in duration,” he said.
Looking as comfortable and cheerful as always, Crazy Star V. Ravichandran has completed 135 days of shooting so far, with over 50 days of shooting still left. “All outdoor location shoots start now. I will complete all my work by the end of May. Probably in June, I might storm into theaters,” he added.
Krishna Jewellers is the joint producer of this film. The studious and tough work that the dream merchant of Kannada cinema is doing follows a unique cinematic pattern. The film will have a runtime of two and a half hours. He does not just believe in the Pan-India system; he wants his film to become Pan-Indian. “Back in the day, Prema Loka was a Pan-Indian film, and the status my film gets should happen naturally once it hits the silver screen,” he remarked.
“I am working with over 40 technicians on My God Crazy. No one works 24×7 with my temperament. That is the sole reason I rely on AI technology,” he strongly stated.
Crazy Star V. Ravichandran is working in Pyaar for five days. “Producer Nagashree and the team were very decisive in bringing me on board for this film. So I am here as a father. It is a story about the emotional bond between a father and daughter,” he shared.
“I have finished KD for director Prem, and I am currently working on Junior,” signs off the Crazy Star.
