On June 14, Chef Chidambara, starring Anirudh Jathakar, a prominent actor of both the big and small screens, is all set to premiere in Karnataka theaters. This marks a significant comeback for Anirudh Jathakar after a five-year hiatus from cinema, during which he was occupied with his role in the popular TV serial “Jothe Jotheyali” and the establishment of a memorial for his father-in-law, Dr. Vishnuvardhana.
The film, in which Anirudh plays the lead role, is set to release across the state on June 14, marking his return to the silver screen after half a decade. Fans eagerly anticipate the opportunity to see their favorite actor once again, particularly in his portrayal of a chef in this movie.
“Chef Chidambara” is produced by Roopa DN under the Damti Pictures banner and directed by “Raghu” director M. Anandraj. The story and screenplay are crafted by the director himself, with dialogues penned by Ganesh Parashuram. The film boasts cinematography by Udayalila, music direction by Rithvik Muralidhar, editing by Vijith Chandra, DI by Ashik Kusugolli, renowned for “Vikrant Rona,” action direction by Narasimhamurthy, and choreography by Madhuri Parashuram. Anticipation has been steadily building, evident from the buzz generated by the first poster to the recent release of the title track, both of which have gone viral.
Joining Anirudh are Nidhi Subbaiah and Rachel David from the acclaimed “Love Mocktail” as heroines, along with Sarath Lohitashwa, KS Sridhar, and Shivamani, among others, rounding out the star-studded cast of “Chef Chidambara.”
