The renowned musician and emerging actor, Chandan Shetty, celebrated his birthday on September 17, 2023, by unveiling a transformation in his creative direction through Nadayogi’s YouTube Channel.
Previously known for delivering lively songs, Chandan Shetty has undergone a significant shift in his artistic approach. He now embraces a more spiritual and classical musical style, marking a transition from nonvegetarian to devotional songs on his YouTube channel. This transition was inaugurated by his wife, Nivedita. Chandan Shetty has already prepared approximately 10 songs for ‘Nadayogi YouTube.’ He encourages us to uphold the principles of Sanathana Dharma and emphasizes the use of traditional Desi instruments to eliminate Western influences and promote our rich cultural heritage. Chandan Shetty attributes this transformation to his encounter with Avadhoota Arjunji.
The inaugural song on Nadayogi, titled “Gan Ganapathi,” is a fitting choice for Lord Ganesha’s festival and immersion ceremonies, especially appealing to the youth. It incorporates 48 parallel names of Lord Ganesha and features AI technology, expertly crafted by Chandan Shetty’s younger brother, Puneeth.
Puneeth Shetty dedicated four days to enhancing the video song’s visual appeal, employing vertical video, seamless transitions, and advanced technological effects. However, some viewers may find the various forms of Ganesha depicted in the video slightly disconcerting.
