Capital City is not just another movie about gang wars. While many dream of becoming the Don of the city, very few can hold that power. There’s always someone ready to take over, and sometimes, a good person rises to fight the wrong. Capital City tells the story of one such man—not to rule the city, but to clean it up.

Pruthvi, also known as Manu, is an orphan who was raised in an orphanage run by a kind man named Bhagawan Das. There, he found love, care, and an elder sister. But due to violent gang wars in the city, he faced a big loss that changed his life. Now, Pruthvi wants revenge and also wants to remove crime and gangsters from the city.

He takes on different disguises—sometimes a Sardar, sometimes an old man, and even a police officer—to save people in danger. During this journey, he meets Anuradha, the daughter of a rich industrialist, Balwant. Anuradha lost her mother and grew up watching her father involved in many affairs. She is drawn to Pruthvi’s honesty and kindness, and a romantic track builds between them.

The film is full of mass elements—action scenes, catchy dialogues, item songs, political drama, and surprises about Pruthvi’s past. Ravi Shankar plays the main villain Dhanpal and is in full form. Sharath Lohithasva appears as a tough cop, and KS Shridhar plays an honest politician. Rajeev and Prerana, in the lead roles, do a good job of keeping the story engaging.

If you enjoy mass masala action movies full of drama and entertainment, without thinking too much about logic or realism, Capital City is worth a watch.
