After Agniloka, young actor Yashaswa will be seen once again as an action hero in the film Bloody Babu. The film is based on the concept that good always triumphs over evil in the conflict between dark forces and self-confidence. Director Rajesh Murthy himself has handled the action cut for this film.
Bloody Babu is set for release across the state on Friday, June 27. The film narrates how, in earlier times, people were influenced through magic and mantras, but now people are deceived using techniques like hypnosis. The story revolves around how the hero successfully prevents this.
This is the 12th directorial venture of Rajesh Murthy. The film showcases how the hero Yashaswa faces the villain and wins using his willpower. The teaser and trailer of the film have already been released and gone viral, increasing the curiosity surrounding the film.
Certified U/A by the Censor Board, the film is releasing statewide this Friday. Rajesh Murthy, who has been making films in a different style from the beginning, has directed this thriller.
Bloody Babu is also a film where the father himself has called the action shots for his son. With this, Yashaswa is appearing for the second time as the lead actor. The film has been written, scripted, and directed by Rajesh Murthy and produced by Dominic under the Angel Dreams Entertainments banner.
The film is a psychological action thriller and was shot for over 25 days in and around Bengaluru, Nandi Hills, and Chikkamagaluru. Newcomer Smitha plays the female lead. Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar has played the role of the villain. Actor and politician N.L. Narendra Babu will be seen as the heroine’s father.
Previously, Rajesh Murthy has directed crime thrillers like Lipstick Murder, Joker Joker, and Psychomax. The film features four different action sequences. Music for two songs has been composed by Nitesh Kumar. Cinematography is by Vinod R.
