In one of the schedules, the joint venture of Sai Ramesh Productions, K Ramesh, B Byrappa from Mysuru, and Ram Janardhan has successfully completed shooting and is now preparing for post-production work.
The team behind the film ‘Bhagiratha’ embarked on a 25-day journey to shoot in Mysuru, Madikeri, Sakaleshpura, and Mangaluru, with the intention of releasing the film in November, as stated by director Ram Janardhan.
This unique film features four action sequences crafted by the seasoned Thriller Manju, with Pradeep Varma handling the music, Akul overseeing the choreography, Soori Chittoor as the cinematographer, Ravichandran editing the film, and Mohan Raasu serving as the assistant director.
The cast of the film includes Jayaprakash, Chandana Raghavendra, Sudha Belawadi, Shivaraj KR Pete, Ravi Kale, Bala Rajawadi, Surabhi Ravi, Nayana, Nikitha, and others. Notably, veteran director Om Sai Prakash takes on the role of ‘Matadhipathi.’ Producers Ramesh and Byrappa from Mysuru were impressed by the concept presented by director Ram Janardhan.
The lead actor from the Zamana Kannada film, Jayaprakash, returns for ‘Bhagiratha,’ expressing immense enthusiasm for both the subject and his character. Chandana Raghavendra portrays the role of a journalist, and Om Sai Prakash agreed to act in the role of ‘Matadhipathi’ after some persuasion.
