BC Patil’s journey is truly remarkable, deserving an autobiography. As a police officer, he courageously navigated challenges from his superiors, displaying unwavering determination. Later, as a producer three decades ago, he exhibited his resilience and fearless mindset. His acting career also soared to new heights after his role in ‘Nishkarsha.’

In his later years, following his resignation from the police force, he embraced acting and production with a dedicated approach. Influential media acquaintances recognized his popularity and encouraged him to venture into politics. BC Patil garnered significant attention and ascended to the position of Karnataka State Agriculture Minister, undertaking numerous initiatives benefiting the people.

After a 30-year career, BC Patil, now a former MLA from his home constituency, Hirekerur, experienced a resurgence after receiving knee treatment from renowned Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Giridhar Kaje. He is now embarking on a successful second innings in the film industry.

‘Garadi,’ produced by Srushti Films, is a colossal project helmed by the acclaimed director Yogaraj Bhat, known for his exceptional filmmaking abilities since the days of ‘Mani’ and ‘Mungaru Male.’ BC Patil plays a pivotal role in the film, entrusting production responsibilities to his qualified daughter, Srushti, and her husband, Sujay.

For ‘Garadi,’ the esteemed BC Patil has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with prestigious Reliance Entertainment for marketing purposes and film distribution. The movie ‘Garadi’ also features box office sensation Darshan in a guest role, alongside Smith Avasthe and Chitra from Reliance Entertainment. ‘Garadi’ is slated for a worldwide release on November 10 in various languages.

Before his birthday on November 14, BC Patil is reveling in the success of ‘Garadi.’ He has shared the film with several members of society, all of whom have lauded it. Patil has watched the film more than 15 times already.

To celebrate the release of ‘Garadi,’ BC Patil is organizing 200 tournaments across India. During a well-attended media event on Monday afternoon, he expressed gratitude to three directors pivotal in his film career. He acknowledged Sunil Kumar Desai, who honed his acting skills in the blockbuster ‘Nishkarsha,’ and S. Mahender, whose film ‘Kaurava’ led to his industry moniker, Kaurava Patil, and marked another career milestone.

Patil’s third and most memorable director is Yogaraj Bhat, as he stated with a broad smile. Yogaraj Bhat was by his side when Patil made this declaration, emphasizing the need for more directors like him.

When asked about his brother Ashok Patil, a renowned director, BC Patil explained that his brother’s systematic and disciplined approach led to the success of his film ‘Shaapa,’ which received numerous awards. He advised his brother to pursue a career in the USA, as the cinema profession did not suit him.

Regarding the presence of box office sensation Darshan, Patil praised his emotionally engaging and captivating role in ‘Garadi.’ He commended Darshan’s powerful dialogue delivery and a climactic action scene that conveyed profound morals and ethics.

Reflecting on his co-star Ravishanker in ‘Garadi,’ Patil candidly admitted that it was challenging to act opposite him due to his exceptional acting abilities. According to Patil, ‘Garadi’ is a delightful blend of crime, thrills, melodious songs, comedy, and mass entertainment elements.
