Childhood is a precious time in everyone’s life. But what were those childhood days really like? What is the role of parents during this crucial period? The movie Balya is set to explore these questions on the silver screen. Produced by Satyanarayanachar, the film is directed by VM Raju, also known as Sultan Raju.

Director VM Raju mentioned that the story of Balya was conceived about a year and a half ago, and several friends, including B. Patelappa, supported its development. Satyanarayanachar appreciated the story and agreed to produce the film. Raju emphasized that the ages of six to fourteen are critical for children, and it is the parents’ responsibility to guide them during this period. The film addresses this universal subject, making Balya a must-watch for every parent and child. The cast includes Narayanaswamy, Keshab, Bullet Vinod, Apsara, Master Aryan, Master Dakshit, and Kumari Deeksha. The music, composed by Today Vishwanath, complements the theme of the film, and the teaser was released today. Raju added that the film will hit the screens soon and fondly remembered his mentor, Sudhindra, who was Kannada cinema’s first PRO.

Producer Satyanarayanachar shared, “I have already produced two films, and this is my third. The story created by Raju is excellent. Balya will make everyone reflect on their past. We hope for your encouragement.”

Actors Bullet Vinod, Apsara, Master Aryan, Master Dakshit, and Kumari Deeksha spoke about their roles in the film, while Today Vishwanath shared insights about the songs. Compiler Lakman Reddy was also present at the press conference. The film’s cinematography is handled by Ramesh Koira, with a musical score by AT Ravish. The lyrics for Balya were penned by Neil Kangapur.
