Kannada art lovers had supported and made my earlier films “Romeo,” “Raaga,” “ChaddiDosth,” “Arjuna,” and “Love Birds” successful. Now, “BAD” has joined that list. In the midst of competition from other-language films, it’s a matter of pride that a Kannada film is still being screened in its third week. Fans who were smitten by Nakul Gowda’s performance in “Preethiya Rayabhari” have showered praise on his acting in this film as well. “BAD” is my second film as an actor. I’m extremely happy that my second film is running successfully into its third week. Unlike the usual genres of love or action, this film has a unique storyline that audiences have appreciated. As far as I know, after “Ullidavaru Kandanthe,” no film with such a narrative has come out. People have liked our attempt. Even amidst films from other languages, our movie is running successfully. The collections have been good as well. A new team’s film collecting around 46 lakhs in two weeks is a great achievement. All of this has been possible because of Kannada art lovers.
