The trailer of Ayudha, an action thriller with a family drama backdrop, has been released on the Siri Music channel. The film is produced, directed, and headlined by Devaraj Kumar. It has gained attention through its trailer, teaser, and songs ahead of its release, which is scheduled for March 27. A press meet was held following the trailer launch, where the film team shared details about the project.
Speaking at the event, Devaraj Kumar said he has been associated with the Kannada film industry as a makeup artist for the past two decades. He made his debut as a lead actor with Danger Zone and later acted in Taj Mahal 2 three years ago. He stated that the latter did not meet expectations and resulted in financial losses, which led him into depression and made him consider stepping away from filmmaking. However, he resumed his efforts and began working on Ayudha two years ago. He said the film has been produced using his earnings from makeup work. In addition to directing, he has also played the lead role.
The film features four songs written by Manvarshi Navalagunda. Music has been composed by Steven Satish, Manadeep, and Manju. Cinematography is handled by Venus Murthy. Amrutha and Sanhitha Vinya play the female leads. The songs, teaser, and trailer are available on Siri Music. The film will be released across the state through Likhith Films.
Actress Sanhitha Vinya said her role in the film is significant and requested audiences to watch the film upon its release on March 27.
