With a sudden change in the release date, the prestigious production house of Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah and director Simple Suni, starring Sharan in the lead, finally announced April 5 as the release date.
Meanwhile, the team of ‘Avatara Purusha 2’ unveiled a rap song as one of the promotional materials at the media meet. “Evane Avatara Purusha” is a compelling rap song performed by MC Bijju, who has made his mark in the genre. Aura and Abhinandan Kashyap have also contributed vocals, with music composed by Abhinandan Kashyap.
“When the producer asked me to do this song, I initially declined. However, the producer insisted, and we proceeded with it. The song was shot in a few days,” said MC Bijju. The song kicks off with the opening line of Shishunala Sharif’s “Taravalla Thangi Nin Tambouri.” MC Bijju, renowned in the rap scene, penned the song. Actress Satvika (formerly Shravya Rao) also features in the song. Director Simple Suni confirmed the film’s release on April 5.
“We initially planned for a March 22 release, but due to consecutive holidays, we decided on April 5. During this time, I proposed the idea of creating a song, which has now been released by Anand Audio. Producer Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah extended his gratitude to everyone involved in the success of the song,” said Suni.
Actor Sharan revealed his usual practice of rehearsing for a few days before shooting a song for any of his films. “However, when the suggestion came to shoot this song immediately, I was skeptical about the process. I questioned the producers about it. They assured me that the song didn’t require extensive choreography, which gave me the confidence to proceed,” explained Sharan. “Though the shoot was swift, the song has turned out remarkably well. MC Bijju’s rap style adds a melodious touch, with Aura and music director Abhinandan also lending their voices.”
MC Bijju, who wrote and performed the song, along with Aura, music director Abhinandan Kashyap, actress Satvika, choreographer, and co-director Madhu, shared insights about this rap song. Distributor Mohan was also present at the film’s media briefing.
The star-studded cast of the film includes Sharan, Ashika Ranganath, Srinagar Kitty, Saikumar, Sadhukokila, Sudharani, Bhavya, and others.
