Members of the Kannada film industry have traditionally extended support to newcomers, a practice associated with the family of actor Dr. Rajkumar. Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar has continued this approach by interacting with new entrants to the industry.
A new production house titled Ajay Movies has been launched by producer Mamata Amin. Under the direction of Ajay Sagar, the banner is currently producing its first film, titled Production No. 1. Recently, members of the new film team met Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar. During the interaction, she conveyed her wishes to the Ajay Movies banner.
Present at the meeting were producer Mamata Amin, director Ajay Sagar, cinematographer Manish Bangera, Navayuga Hotel owner Maruthi Saligrama, executive producer Pratap Saligrama, and PRK organisation representative Satish.
Speaking on the occasion, producer Mamata Amin and director Ajay Sagar said they were pleased that Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar had extended her wishes to their banner. They stated that they considered it equivalent to receiving the blessings of Dr. Rajkumar, Parvathamma Rajkumar, and Puneeth Rajkumar, and expressed their thanks to Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar.
The film Production No. 1 is currently under production under the Ajay Movies banner. The film team stated that further details about the project will be announced at a later date.
