The entertainment films of big stars have been a big draw in theaters for a few days now. Entertainment and socially relevant films are grabbing attention of late. When a film like ‘Appa I Love You’ hits the stands, it only requires some time for the audience to throng to the theaters because of its substance, quality, and eye-opening strength.
Except for a few minor setbacks, this ‘Appa I Love You’ is outstanding because of its thoughtfulness. You would feel this could also happen in our society as you come out from the theaters.
It is not right to give the real meaning of ‘Appa I Love You’ – one thing could be said, this title has two meanings that you have to watch and reset your life. Director Atharv Arya has made a mass appeal film and at places, you wipe away tears.
‘Bisilalli Appa Bandaru Neralli Nanna Ittaru’ – this one particular line in the film ‘Appa I Love You’ is very effectively written and is the essence of the film too. A father’s opinion goes one of the quotations, but when the father’s sacrifice for the family is studied, it is nothing less compared to a mother of the house.
So Dharmanna gives a cent percent care for his son Vikas, in turn, facing insult on the arrival of Sneha as his daughter-in-law. Vikas and Sneha’s outrageous attitude touches the hearts of many. Dharmanna never minds and loses the court battle in the Civil Court. Dharmanna’s friends know the good nature of further focusing on an appeal, and one of Dharmanna’s good friends, Bala Rajwadi, argues in the higher court for justice.
The film is not just that. You have a shocker in the end, and that is what we call an eye-opener. The people at large in this universe might follow the ideals projected in this film.
Tabala Naani carries the film on his shoulders, and his natural emotions deserve him an award. From fun-filled comedy roles to serious ones, Tabala Naani showcases his ability. In one of the songs, he has delivered a few lines too, besides writing worthy dialogues for the film.
Bala Rajawadi as the advocate and Aravind Rao as the opponent and advocate are very sensible in their respective roles. Jeevitha Vasist and Sanjay, as a couple, gave a solid performance.
The film gets a grand status from lovely stars Prem and Manvitha Kamath. The childless couple hoping for a child finally settles down for something unique at the climax of the film. Prem and Manvitha’s choice is very precise for the film.
There are two lovely songs from Arjun Janya, and the song of Vijaya Prakash has tremendous meaning in it. Akash Parva gets admiration for good music, and the cinematography by Nagarjuna gets the right visuals for the film.
KRS Productions deserve appreciation for selecting this kind of subject that is relevant in the entire universe.
‘Appa I Love You’ is a film with quality and substance. You have to watch this without fail.
