One of the solid personalities in the television field, Ramesh Krishnan, returns to the big screen after 20 years. He made ‘Mellisure Savigaana’ in 2004 and now returns with twenty long years of experience in the writing and direction departments for various popular television serials, starting from ‘Guptha Gamini’.
An eloquent speaker and prolific director, Ramesh Krishnan, picks a solid subject that concerns all family members, especially parents. The film is based on the Roman philosopher Seneca’s quotation, ‘Cruelty Comes from Weakness’.
One of the media members released the teaser of ‘Anartha’ (Disaster), and Jaya Keerthi and Jaya Kannika (daughters of co-producer J. Anjali) released the lovely song that deserved a ‘Once More’!
Director Ramesh Krishnan has had significant success with the serials ‘Ardha Satya,’ which won the Best Aryabhata Award, and other successful serials like ‘Guptagamini,’ ‘Preethi Illada Mele,’ and many more, totaling around 3500 episodes, including ‘Shiva,’ ‘Kadana,’ ‘Lakumi,’ ‘Chukki,’ and ‘Gokuladalli Sita.’ He has written the story, screenplay, and directed the movie.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the film revolves around two characters, Avakash and Akriti. The two are in love. There is no word for a breakup in their minds; they decide to get married on the day of Amavasya and go to a place to get to know each other. What happens when they get there? There are unexpected twists and turns for the viewers. In the climax, Shubham comes to a point where the audience would murmur in the theaters, thinking this can also happen. Although our film has elements of all commercial movies, one thing is definitely different, and for that, you have to come to the theater to know it.
Sridhar N.C., from the plastic industry, has been waiting to produce a film since 1998. Now, that is happening through his friend Ramesh Krishnan. Sridhar N.C. Hosamane says that after finding success in the industry, he is now a producer with Tejas Cine Creations.
Vishal Mannoor is the hero, trained under actor Mandya Ramesh’s Natana theater group. Mandya is an MBBS student with a theater background, while Vihani, who has acted in short films, is now promoted as a heroine. C. Vijaykumar, Rakshit, Ganesh, Prasanna Bagina, Arpita, and others have also acted in this film.
The lyrics and music are by the top-notch Dr. V. Nagendra Prasad, cinematography by Kumar Goudanagwara, editing by Nishit Pujari and Vinay, soundtrack by Shabd Nithin, and action by Kung Fu Chandru.
