It is widely acknowledged that songs play a pivotal role, contributing fifty percent to a film’s success. Such is the case for the 115th Kannada film ‘Alemari E Baduku,’ whose audio rights are secured by Siri Music Chikkanna.
In a world where many are wanderers in their own right, producer Divya Kumar HN embraced this concept, investing in the film directed by Siddu C Kattimani. Having received positive feedback from the censor board, the film is set to grace the silver screen on February 16.
The song release event saw esteemed guests, including Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce President NM Suresh, Karnataka Film Producers Association President Umesh Bankar, actor and social activist Chetan Ahimsa, and environmentalist Prakriti Prasanna. They unveiled teasers, trailers, and songs, extending their best wishes to the film team.
Director Siddu C Kattimani, sharing his journey, emphasized the theme of ‘nomads’ in the film. “This is my directorial debut, having previously worked as an assistant director on ‘Premam Poojyam.’ I’ve written the story, screenplay, dialogues, and lyrics and directed the film,” he stated.
Impressed by the narrative, Producer Divyakumar H N expressed gratitude to everyone present at the song release event.
The film boasts five songs, with Siddu C Kattimani and Manoj Sougand penning the lyrics. Music director Thyagaraja MS introduced the songs and singers, revealing that Siri Music is releasing the tracks. Addressing the diverse team, Thyagaraj acknowledged their varied backgrounds, emphasizing the need to share their stories.
Siri Music’s Suresh Chikkanna praised the film crew for their collaborative effort, urging audiences to enjoy the songs through Siri Music.
Sridhar Atavi, a theater artist, shared his involvement as the lead actor and editor in the film. Actors Sandeep, Raghavendra C Kattimani, and actresses Sahana and Neelambika also shared their thoughts on “Alemari Ee Sanjangu.”
