Former Member of Parliament DK Suresh, brother of Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, graced the trailer launch event of the Kannada film ‘Adavikatte’.
Produced by Uma S, directed by Sanjeev Gawandi, and starring veteran actors Abhijith and Nagaraju in lead roles, the trailer of ‘Adavikatte’ was released recently. Congress leader DK Suresh unveiled the trailer of the film.
Speaking after releasing the trailer, DK Suresh said that many films with good content are being made in Kannada. When he saw the trailer, he felt that this film would also be well-received. He wished the film great success.
“I have a special role in this film. You will also like my character after watching the film. The film is well done,” veteran actor Abhijith said, thanking DK Suresh for releasing the trailer.
“I am from a poor family from a nearby village of Kanakapur. I wanted to act in movies. I am very happy that the trailer of our film has been released by DK Suresh. Thanks to him immensely,” said lead actor Nagaraju.
“This is a horror genre film with a suspense thriller element. Although there have been many films of this genre in Kannada, this one is different. As the name of the film suggests, this is a story that takes place in the forest. Most of the filming took place around the city of Gokak,” Director Sanjeev Gavandi said, adding that the film will be released soon.
Producer Uma thanked the film crew for their cooperation in making the film well. Actresses Shanti and Manjula, along with distributor Sridhar, also spoke about the film.
