On the occasion of Golden Star Ganesh’s birthday, film teams across the industry poured in their wishes with special announcements, posters, and tributes, making the day truly grand for the beloved star. From exciting new avatars to big-banner collaborations, here’s how different film teams celebrated the birthday of the Monsoon Boy.

The team of Yours Sincerely Raam unveiled a striking poster featuring Ganesh in a never-seen-before Hanuman getup. Set against the backdrop of the Himalayas, the poster showcased Ganesh in a spiritual avatar with a postman’s bag slung over his shoulder, seated beside lead character Raam on a cycle. Directed by Ramesh Aravind and produced by Satya Rayal under Aira Films and The Royal Studios, the film is already raising curiosity, with music by J. Anoop Seelin and cinematography by Naveen Kumar.

Meanwhile, a brand new film was announced under the banner of SVC Films, marking the first collaboration between Ganesh and director Chethan Kumar of Bahaddur and Bharjari fame. Titled Production No. 3, the film is being bankrolled by M. Munegowda and will go on floors this October. The team, including executive producer Shivu Gowda, extended warm wishes to Ganesh on his special day while teasing more details to come.

The makers of De De Dhikki, directed by popular actress-turned-director Ranjani Raghavan, also joined the celebrations by releasing a special poster. Starring “Nenapirali” Prem in the lead, the film features Ganesh’s son, Master Vihaan, in a prominent role. Produced by Hampi Pictures and RK & AK Entertainment, with music by legend Ilaiyaraaja and creative head Tarun Sudhir on board, the film’s shoot is currently underway.

Adding to the celebrations, the team of Pinaka—produced by T.G. Vishwa Prasad under People Media Factory—shared birthday wishes by releasing a stylish poster of Ganesh. Directed by choreographer-turned-director Dhananjay, the film has been in the spotlight since its announcement, especially for Ganesh’s fresh look. The film is being shot on a grand set near Nelamangala, promising a unique storyline and high production values.
