Under the banner of VDK Cinemas, the new team’s fresh attempt “Di”, directed and acted by Vinay Vasudev, has its release date announced by popular Kannada film industry dialogue writer Maasti. Based on a new story, this film is set to release on May 16. Vijay Cinemas will be distributing this movie across Karnataka.
Speaking at the release date announcement, Maasti said that newcomers must enter the film industry with new kinds of efforts. After watching a snippet of the film, he felt it was technically rich as well. He added that the Kannada audience should support and encourage the efforts of newcomers. On this occasion, director Vinay Vasudev, executive producer Satish Kumar T.L., and other members of the film team were present.
With cinematography by Allen Bharat, music direction by U.M. Steven Satish, and editing by Siddarth R. Nayak, the cast of “Di” includes Vinay Vasudev, Disha Ramesh, Harini Srikanth, Nagendra Aras, Bala Rajwadi, comedy kiladi Chandru, Dolla Sharan, Kalarathi Mahadev, and others.
