Under the banner of S.M. Productions, producer H.S. Nagashree unveiled the title of an upcoming film. Crazy Star Ravichandran, who plays a pivotal role in the movie, launched the title “Pyaar.”
The film stars Bharath and Rashika Shetty as the lead pair, while S. Supreeth has written the story and screenplay and is also directing the film. The movie carries the tagline “An Emotional Journey of Love.”
Speaking on the occasion, Ravichandran said, “These people insisted that I should be a part of the film. I couldn’t resist their love, so here I am. This film aims to convey the true value of love. I will be seen as the heroine’s father. They even did a photo shoot with me. Apparently, I have a daughter in the movie, but I don’t know who it is yet! Here, I am just an actor, and how I should be portrayed is entirely up to director Supreeth.”
Producer Nagashree expressed her excitement, saying, “The fact that Ravi Sir is acting in our film itself is a big joy. I entered the film industry with the dream of directing. His role in this movie will touch everyone’s hearts. This is a family entertainer that everyone can watch together.”
Director Supreeth revealed that “80% of the shooting is already complete. Along with a love story, the film explores the emotional bond between a father and daughter. We have filmed in North India’s Kashmir, Rajasthan, Andaman Islands, as well as Mangalore, Chikkamagaluru, Mysore, and around Bangalore for over 70 days. We have crafted this movie after deep thought on the extent to which a father-daughter relationship can go. The film showcases the sacrifices a daughter makes for her father. The movie is shaping up beautifully.”
Actors Bharath and Rashika Shetty also shared their experiences regarding their roles.
The film features cinematography by K.S. Chandrashekar and music composed by Palani D. Senapati. Bollywood singer Shreya Ghoshal has lent her voice to a song titled “Onde Maathalli Helodadare.” Other playback singers include Sonu Nigam, Kunal Ganjawala, Vijay Prakash, Rajesh Krishnan, and Palak Muchhal.
Veteran actor Srinivas Murthy, Vijay Surya, and Shankar Ashwath are also part of the cast.
