The much-awaited film Choo Mantar, starring Sharan, is set to release on January 10.

Produced under the Tarun Studios banner by Tarun Shivappa and Manasa Tarun, and directed by Navneeth of Karva fame, the pre-release event of Choo Mantar was recently celebrated in a grand manner. The event saw the presence of prominent personalities like Malashree, Daali Dhananjaya, Gurukiran, Rishi, Pratham, Amulya, Dhiren Ramkumar, Tilak, Aradhana (Malashree’s daughter), Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce President Narasimhulu, office bearers Praveen Kumar and Chingari Mahadev, producer Kiran Bortooru, and many other dignitaries. All of them wished the movie immense success. The event also included speeches by the cast and crew.

Producer Tarun Shivappa expressed gratitude to everyone who supported the movie. He mentioned, “Our film is releasing on January 10, around Sankranti. However, with multiple films from other languages releasing during the same period, finding enough theaters has been a challenge. Even in Mandya, a town predominantly filled with Kannada-speaking audiences, we’re struggling to secure theaters, which is disheartening. We’ve approached the Film Chamber for assistance, and we’re hopeful for a resolution.”

Director Navneeth shared his confidence in the movie, saying, “Choo Mantar has turned out well thanks to the team’s collective efforts.”

Lead actor Sharan added, “This movie is a team effort, and everyone involved has given their best. Our teaser, trailer, and songs have already struck a chord with the audience. I’m confident the film will succeed. I’m also overjoyed by the support from so many artists present today. Thank you to everyone.”

Actors Prabhu Mundkur, Meghana Gaonkar, Ranjani Raghavan, and Narasimha Jalahalli spoke about their roles, while many technicians, including Avinash Basutkar, were also present at the event.

The star-studded cast of Choo Mantar includes Sharan, Chikkanna, Meghana Gaonkar, Aditi Prabhudeva, Prabhu Mundkur, Ranjani Raghavan, and Narasimha Jalahalli. The film features cinematography by Anup Kattukaran, music by Chandan Shetty, and a background score by Avinash Basutkar.
