Naming Kannada films after localities is not new. Now, we have ‘Dasarahalli’, one of the prominent localities in Bengaluru, as the title.
The action-packed vibe of Dharma Keerthiraj is evident from the recently released trailer. Thriller Manju has choreographed the stunts for this film produced by Umesh R. The trailer of Dasarahalli, directed by Srinivas, promises to excite mass audiences. Dharma Keerthiraj takes the lead role, with mass elements prominently featured in the trailer.
Director M.R. Srinivas said, “The movie delivers a clear message about the impact on children when the mother is supportive but the father is not. Besides paying school fees, children face various issues like theft, and the story shows how the protagonist elevates Dasarahalli to a metro-level standard. We’ve put immense effort into making this film. Thriller Manju and Kaurava Venkatesh have executed the action sequences, while Umesh has supported us as a solid backbone.”
Veteran actor Umesh shared, “The team has delivered a commendable project. Farmers provide food, and warriors protect the nation—I’m proud to be part of this stage today. P. Umesh and the director have made a great movie. Many of my old friends are part of this project. The producer, director, and technical team have worked very hard. I urge everyone to watch this movie in theaters—you’ll surely enjoy it.”
Actor Dharma Keerthiraj mentioned, “Producer Umesh has known me for a long time and envisioned this film with me in mind. I was happy to accept the opportunity. The movie carries a strong message, with four intertwined stories that will leave a lasting impression. The songs are excellent too. The movie is scheduled for a February release, and I urge everyone to watch it in theaters.”
Actress Neha added, “As a newcomer, I received great support. Dasarahalli is a curious title because it represents an area everyone knows. I am equally curious. Thank you for giving me this chance. Please watch the movie without missing it.”
