The teaser and song for Tamate, starring Madan Patel and directed by his son Mayur Patel, were unveiled on Monday morning at Renukamba Digital Theater. The film, which is set for release on November 29, has created considerable anticipation.
The teaser and song were released by Mallepuram G. Venkatesh, the first Chancellor of Karnataka Sanskrit Vishwa Vidyalaya. Dinkar was also present at the event.
Mallepuram Venkatesh expressed his excitement, saying, “Madan Patel is my old friend. The novel Tamate, written by him, has now been adapted into a movie. The teaser and song released today are fantastic. This film carries a powerful message for society and is set to release across the state on November 29. I encourage everyone to watch this film.”
In this movie, which is based on the life of an instrumentalist, Madan Patel plays the lead role. He shared, “The film is directed by my son, Mayur Patel. I wrote the screenplay and composed the music for Tamate. The film has already been screened at several film festivals and is now releasing nationwide on November 29. I thank Mallepuram G. Venkatesh for unveiling the teaser and song today. My son, Mayur, could not attend the event as he is currently involved in the Dubai Raj Cup tournament. However, we have discussed several important issues related to the film industry with the Hon’ble Chief Minister.”
Actress Tejaswini, who plays a key role in the film, thanked Madan Patel for giving her such a significant role. Dinkar, who was also present as a guest, wished the film great success.
