The highly anticipated Kiran Raj-starrer Megha, which has already raised expectations with its trailer, is set to hit the screens on November 29.
The trailer of Megha, directed by Charan and starring Kiran Raj and Kajal Kunder as the lead pair, was launched at The Soda Factory in Bengaluru. The trailer was released by Trivikrama Saphalya, who wished the film success. With its release on November 29, Megha has already generated significant excitement, thanks to its captivating trailer.
Megha marks the debut production of Krishi Productions, led by producer Yatish H.R. “Our film might bring a change in the lives of those who watch it. Those who don’t believe in love might start to, and those who have stopped talking to friends might rekindle those relationships. The film is about the amalgamation of friendship, love, and relationships, and we’re excited to release it across the state on November 29,” said producer Yatish H.R., adding that the film will be a great family entertainer.
Megha is a family-oriented film filled with entertainment, with a unique twist—the hero’s name is ‘Megha,’ and the heroine’s name is also ‘Megha.’ Why are both characters named Megha? You’ll have to watch the film to find out. The story was inspired by an incident in a friend’s life. The film, which has already resonated with audiences through its teaser and songs, will hit theaters on November 29. Director Charan thanked the crew members for their cooperation throughout the film’s making.
“I heard the story of Megha eight times before agreeing to act in it,” said Kiran Raj. “Each time, I noticed different layers of the narrative. The experience of love is more important than the excitement or ‘Josh’ of it. If there is a good relationship between parents and children, many crises can be avoided. The director has beautifully portrayed these aspects in the movie, and I believe everyone should watch this film on the big screen.”
Heroine Kajal Kunder shared, “I play the role of a college girl in the film, and it has been an emotional journey for me. My character’s name is also ‘Megha’.”
Film editor and cinematographer Gautam Nayak, distributor Manoj (who is returning to film distribution after eight years and is releasing Megha on the birthday of his wife, Megha—after having distributed 290 films across different languages), choreographer Balu, background scorer Franklin Rocky, and other crew members also spoke about their experiences working on Megha.
