On the auspicious day of the Varamahalakshmi Festival, an exciting film event took place: the commencement of Karunada Chakravarthy Dr. Shiva Rajkumar’s 131st film.
The much-anticipated film Bhairati Rangal, starring hat-trick hero Shiva Rajkumar, is nearing its release, and now, Shivanna’s 131st film has officially started. Renowned producer SN Reddy gave the muhurat shot its first clap.
Speaking to the media, Shivanna shared that he heard the story two years ago but felt something was missing. Now, the project is in perfect shape, with all the artists and technicians having significant contributions to make. “This is a movie for artists and technicians,” he said, adding that he is collaborating with a fresh team. Shivanna hinted at another surprise in the film that will be revealed later.
Director Karthik Advait expressed his gratitude, stating that Shivanna believed in the story and character, giving him the opportunity to direct the film. He credited the two producers as the main pillars of the project.
Karthik Advait also revealed that Shivanna’s 131st film is an action thriller, featuring Shivanna in a unique look and role. VM Prasanna of Ghost fame and Jayakrishna of Sitharaman fame are contributing as writers. The music will be composed by Sam CS, known for Vikram Veda, RDX, and Khaidi. AJ Shetty will oversee cinematography, Deepu S Kumar will handle editing, and art direction will be managed by Ravi Santhehaklu.
The film is produced by Bhubaneswari Productions’ SN Reddy and Sudhir P, with Suman B as co-producer and Ramana Reddy as executive producer.
