Prasannakumar (Jangli Prasanna) has been a well-known supporting artist in Kannada cinema for the past forty years. Prasanna Kumar, who has appeared in hundreds of films and is popular as an actor, is both the director and producer of the film “Rana Haddu”. His sons, Shashank and Sooraj, play the lead roles in this film. One son enters the film industry as a hero and the other as a villain through this film.
Recently, the songs and teaser of this film were released by Siri Music. Dr. Rajkumar’s daughter, Lakshmi Govindaraju, inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. SA Chinnegowda, SA Govindaraju, and SA Srinivas unveiled the teaser.
Famous actor Sharan presented the songs to the public. Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce President NM Suresh, Karnataka Film Producers Association President Umesh Bankar, Karnataka Film Directors Association President NRK Vishwanath, Siri Music’s Suresh Chikkanna, and many other dignitaries were present at the event, wishing the film good luck and remembering the association with Prasanna Kumar (Jangli Prasanna).
Producer and director Prasannakumar expressed gratitude, saying, “Kannada cinema has been sustaining me for the past forty years. My family and I are forever indebted to it. A few years ago, I suffered a severe leg injury in an accident. I shared my desire to direct and produce a film with my children. They supported my wish, and through this film, both of my children entered the film industry. Many folk artists have also acted in this film. The plot revolves around how society perceives a man without money. Additionally, all the elements required by the viewers are present in this film. The shooting is complete, and it is about to be released.” He thanked all the dignitaries who accepted the invitation for today’s ceremony.
Shashank and Suraj, sons of veteran actor Prasannakumar, explained the roles they have performed. Music director Singer Srinivas announced that there will be four songs in the film.
