With a solid innings of over 40 years as a photojournalist, K N Nagesh Kumar is undoubtedly the pride of the profession. He has been a specialist in clicking photographs, especially of the cinema fraternity and well-admired personalities. Throughout his career, KNN has worked as a photojournalist for almost all publications.
Affectionately called KNN, he has received many honors in the past. The one he received at the book release of veteran journalist Jogi (H Girish Rao) was a significant boon in his life, says KNN.
At Savanna Prakashana, ‘Bhagna Premiya Apoorva Diary’ (this is the 200th novel from the publisher Jameel Savanna) written by journalist Jogi and a few other photographers—Saggere Ramaswamy, Veeramani, Suresh, and Ganesh—were also honored as a tribute to press photographers.
Stalwart editors Vishveshwara Bhat, Ravi Hegde, Sudarshan C, Gopalakrishna Kuntani, A Satish, and actor Arun Sagar were present at this touching event.
KNN felt happy when veteran Journalist and writer Jogi spoke about him at the grand event. The book release event and honor to veteran journalists were held on Sunday at the Indian Institute of World Culture.
