In the realm of cybercrime, ‘The Dark Web’ takes center stage with the release of an intriguing teaser, capturing the attention of journalists and enthusiasts alike.

Produced under the MN Cinemas banner by journalists Manju Banavase and Hettur Nagaraj, ‘The Dark Web’ explores the intricacies of cybercrime in a cinematic narrative. The film introduces the dynamic talent of Chetan as the protagonist, with Meghna shining in the lead role. Notably, the movie features real journalists stepping into roles within the storyline.

Manju Banavase, assuming the character of a policeman, adds a unique dimension to the production. Helmed by debut director Kiran Swamy, the film boasts cinematography by Chandramouli and a captivating musical score by Vishak Nagalapura.

During the teaser launch, the film’s team divulged fascinating details about the project. Actor and producer Manju Banavase shared, “As former journalists, our journey into cinema began with a shared dream during our college days. Despite facing challenges as newcomers, we embarked on this cinematic venture driven by passion and dedication. ‘The Dark Web’ mirrors the real-life stories we encounter daily. It’s not about monetary gains but a testament to our love and fervor for the craft. The film delves into the crimes we witness in our day-to-day lives.”

Director Kiran Swamy’s vision took the crew to various locations, including Sakaleshpur and Chikkamagaluru. The protagonist, Chetan, steps into the role of a coffee shop owner, contributing to the film’s diverse and engaging narrative.
