The trailer for the Kannada film ‘Mayanagari’ was unveiled in the presence of former minister K Gopalaiah at Kurubarahalli Circle, against the backdrop of Dr Rajakumar’s iconic statue. The movie, a high-budget production releasing in four languages, encompasses elements of comedy, love, action, and sentiment in the Sandalwood industry, with Shankar Aradhya as the producer and Shwetha Shankar as the co-producer.
Under the direction of Shankar Aradhya, Anish stars in the lead role in the new film ‘Mayanagari,’ which has received a U/A certificate from the regional censor board. The released photo provides a glimpse into the film’s action-packed atmosphere, and the teaser is set to be released soon.
Shankar Aradhya, who serves as the director and producer for Sandalwood Pictures, has crafted a screenplay for ‘Mayanagari’ that incorporates elements of comedy, love, action, and sentiment. Alongside directing the film, Shankar Aradhya has also written the story and screenplay. Shwetha Shankar shares the role of co-producer.
The film features music by Century Films’ Arjun Janya, stunt composition by national award winner Vikram More, dance direction by the talented couple Madan and Harini, editing by Vijay M Kumar, and cinematography by Srinivas.
Anish is supported by Shravya Rao, a popular heroine, and Teju of Chingari fame, as the two female leads. The cast includes veteran actor, director, and producer Dwarakish, along with Sharat Lohithashva, Avinash, Suchindra Prasad, Edakallu Chandrasekhar, Chikkanna, Niharika, and others.
