Rarely do we have the opportunity to witness the unsung heroes of our nation’s economy, the farmers. Presently, a new endeavor, titled ‘Adarsha Raitha’ or ‘Model Farmer,’ is poised for production. The inaugural trailer of this film was unveiled in the esteemed presence of Dr. Amaranath Reddy, who is venturing into film production for the first time.
‘Adarsha Raitha’ is a cinematic tribute from a farmer to fellow farmers. Its central theme revolves around guiding farmers on how to navigate the challenges in their lives to achieve success.
The trailer launch event saw the gracious presence of actor, director, and producer Priya Haasan, Vegas Hospital’s Narayanaswamy, Siri Music Chikkana, RV Chowdappa ACP, and producer Antarya Satish as special guests.
Hailing from a family of farmers, I have been deeply rooted in the cultivation of our land since a tender age. My father’s education was made possible through our agricultural income, and it has always been my dream to create a film dedicated to fathers like him. When Director Rajendra Konidela presented the script to me, I immediately gave my consent, as it resonated with me on a profound level. I am not only a significant part of this film but also an investor,” Dr. Amaranath Reddy V explained during his media address.
Rajendra Konidela, who has previously worked as an assistant director and dance director, marks his directorial debut with ‘Adarsha Raitha.’ The film prominently underscores the importance of farmers avoiding high-interest loans and instead opting for government banks, alongside other valuable tips for the farming community. The director firmly believes that when a farmer masters the intricacies of their trade, they can undoubtedly become a role model for others.
Members of the film team, including Rekha Das, Siddarth, Mysuru Sujatha, Sophia, Kushi Mehta, Sangeetha, MV Suresh, music director Muralidhar Navada, and stunt director Kaurava Venkatesh, expressed their satisfaction with the project’s progress and outcome.
