What is the alternative reality for individuals who are mute, deaf, and visually impaired? All three face societal marginalization due to their conditions and seek an alternative existence to lead a comfortable life. This narrative can be witnessed on the big screen starting September 8th.
Reportedly, a film set in the northern region of Karnataka will be shown in numerous theaters within that locale as well as a handful in Bengaluru. The production team of Mamata Creations, headed by Rajakumar and Indumathi Rajakumar, has partnered with distributor Navarathna Prasad to facilitate the film’s distribution. The plan is to release it in approximately 100 theaters using a percentage-based arrangement.
Director Ramananda Mithra, who also has a background in journalism, shared his mixed emotions as the release date approaches. He is eager to gauge the audience’s reception of the film. Having visited several villages in North Karnataka, he received widespread acclaim.
Producer Rajakumar takes on the role of the blind character in the film. The story revolves around the struggles of these three individuals as they strive for better opportunities in life, and the outcome is positive. “Paryaya,” he emphasizes, relies on the media’s support.
Archana Shetty, known for her work in television serials and supporting roles in films, expressed how this film boosted her confidence in acting for the big screen. Music director AT Ravish is elated by the favorable response the delightful songs are receiving.
The editing was handled by G Rangaswamy, with Jeevan Prakash as the editor. The cast includes Jayanthi Revadi, Archana Shetty, Priya Kothari, Bheema Naik, Suresh Belagavi, Rohan Kubsad, and others in supporting roles.
