‘Dildaar’ stars Shreyas Manju, known for Padde Huli, in the lead role. The ‘Cool Brother’ song from the film, directed by Madhu Gowda Gangoor, was released by actor Srimurali. Shreyas Manju, who has already attracted attention with his mass-oriented roles, will be seen in an even more powerful mass avatar in this film.

The film is produced by R. Santosh Kumar (SVT) under the Ancient Movies banner, with Hare Krishna Reddy S serving as executive producer. The film promises to be an entertaining story with a different narrative. Keerthi Krishna, the niece of actor Sharan and Shruti, is making her debut as a heroine with this film.

Former minister Aravind Limbavali attended the event as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, he said, “There is a lot of drama and cinema in politics as well. Producer Santosh and Hare Krishna belong to my constituency, and I came here for them. I wish the film great success.”

Actor Srimurali said, “Shreyas has a bright future. When I was asked to act in this dance-number song, I initially said I couldn’t do it. Shreyas has performed the dance steps very well.”

Speaking at the event, K. Manju said the song had come out very well with music composed by Arjun Janya. Producers Ramesh Yadav and Madhav Kiran also extended their best wishes to the team.

Music director Arjun Janya said, “Shreyas has been my friend for many years, and Chandan has taken this song to the next level.” Singer Chandan said, “I have been singing for Shreyas since his first film. The song has turned out exceptionally well.”

Lead actor Shreyas Manju said, “This is a film that audiences can sit back, enjoy for two hours and leave happily. We haven’t tried to convey any particular message. There are four songs in the film, and this is a dance number. We have started the promotions with this song. The film portrays what today’s young men and women do in their lives. Keerthi has acted very well. Loki deserves a lot of credit for this film. Producer Santosh has made this film for me.”

Director Madhu Gowda said, “This is a complete commercial entertainer. The protagonist is a young man who doesn’t care about anything. Eighty per cent of the college portions were filmed in Mysuru. We also shot in Bengaluru, Sakleshpur and Maravanthe. The film shows what happens when people fail to value relationships.”

Producer Santosh said, “We are in the real estate and water supply businesses. The director has worked very hard on this film.”
