The character teaser of Kumar Bangarappa from the film Sarkari Nyayabele Angadi (SNBA) was released at his own Sri Renukamba Digital Theatre. Popular BJP leader and Yelahanka MLA S.R. Vishwanath graced the event along with BMTC Chairman V.S. Aradhya and Krishnappa, a key figure associated with Sarkari Nyaya Bele Angadi.

The occasion also marked the felicitation of Kumar Bangarappa on being elected President of the Karnataka Ball Badminton Association. Producers Teju Murthy, Padmavathi, Cheluva Murthy, and B.A. Ma Harish organized the honor ceremony for Kumar Bangarappa and MLA S.R. Vishwanath.

After watching the character teaser of SNBA, Vishwanath said that the first impression of the film was very positive. He noted that Karnataka’s Fair Price Shop system is unique in India and found the film’s title highly interesting. He recalled that one of the producers had earlier approached him regarding issues related to fair price shops and felt that the subject had likely inspired the film’s content.

Vishwanath further said that people often consider him a “lucky hand” and invite him for inaugurations. Extending his support to the film, he assured that he would book an entire theatre and invite all his followers to watch SNBA for his friend Kumar Bangarappa. The sitting MLA also recalled his own brief experience in acting and admitted that filmmaking is not an easy task.

Krishnappa, President of SNBA in Karnataka and also an actor in the film, recalled the 60-day shoot that took place in Mandya, the hometown of late actor Ambareesh. He highlighted the importance of the Fair Price Shop network in Karnataka, stating that 4.52 crore people benefit from over 20,000 fair price shops across the state through 1.28 crore ration cards. He assured that the organization would actively promote the film to bring audiences to theatres.

Kumar Bangarappa, the cynosure of the event, thanked everyone for congratulating him on his new role as President of the Karnataka Ball Badminton Association. He said he would carry out his responsibilities with dignity and commitment. Recalling the famous song “Hrudaya Samudra Kalaki…” from the film Ashwamedha, sung by Dr. Rajkumar, Kumar Bangarappa said he felt he had not done complete justice to such an honorable song in his career. He also thanked the SNBA team for inviting him to play a pivotal role in the film and expressed happiness about returning to cinema after a long gap.

BMTC Chairman V.S. Aradhya, speaking at the event, said that SNBA could utilize all 60 BMTC depots for the film’s publicity campaign.

Former KFPA President B.A. Ma Harish welcomed the gathering, while producers Teju Murthy and Padmavathi thanked Yelahanka MLA S.R. Vishwanath for his presence and expressed confidence in releasing the film soon.
