Showcasing good talent in his two earlier films, Ek Love Yaa and Elumale, the handsome hunk Raana has accepted his third film. Apparently, this title ‘IDIOT’ is the debut Telugu film title of his sister Rakshita Prem, made in 2002 by stalwart director Puri Jagannath. That was a remake of ‘Appu’, the debut film of Karnataka Rathna, Power Star Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar. Rakshita’s debut was also opposite Puneeth Rajkumar, who was also a debutant hero in 2002.
Phoenix Prems Studios, a new chapter by Prem and Rakshita Prem as producers, presents the Kannada film titled ‘Idiot’.
Director Jogi Prem, along with Rakshita Prem, supports the debut directorial venture of his disciple. They are investing in the debut film directed by Manjunath B.S., who has previously worked as an associate director and lyricist in several films with Prem.
Prem and Rakshita are beginning a new chapter. To encourage new talent with fresh ideas, they have launched the banner “Phoenix Prems Studios.”
Raana, the hero who delivered super hits like Ek Love Ya and Yelumale, plays the lead role in this film. Cinematography is handled by William David, and the music is composed by Romeo.
