It is not the age of stalwart director P Vasu. Chandramukhi 2 is the 65th film of 68 years of director P Vasu. From Malayalam ‘Mani Chitrathal’ he made a mega hit ‘Aptha Mithra’ starring Dr Vishnuvardhana and Soundarya for Dwarakish Chitra. That later became ‘Chandramukhi’ in Tamil superstar Rajanikanth taking up what Dr Vishnuvardhana had done.
Now the scene and atmosphere is different. Raghav Lawrence another big name from Tamil cinema with Hindi cinema top ranking Kangana Ranawat combining in ‘Chandramukhi 2’ in Tamil. It is Lyca Production Pan India cinema obviously.
The muhurat is set for September 19 the day of Ganesha and Gowri festival day and the brisk writing progress is happening.
