A film made in Telugu and dubbed in Kannada, featuring a few Kannada actors such as Ragini Dwivedi, Ravishanker and others, directed by Sanjeev Megoti, is ready to hit the screens.
A talented writer and director, Sanjeev Megoti (known for Aghora, Aptha, Adhiparva), with 30+ years of experience, bounces back to the big screen after 10 years. In the last ten years, he worked on many television serials. In 45 days, with 52 artists from the Kannada and Telugu cinema industries, he came up with the teaser and a mother sentiment song that was launched at Bengaluru SRV Theater in Malleswaram.
“There is a lot of technical addition to this film and we have shot on green mat and blue mat for this film,” says the director, who has a good reputation. Harish Sandekoppa’s camera work is very good, and this is his fifth film with my team, says director Sanjeev Megoti.
Renowned actress Prema was present to release the teaser, while Karnataka Film Directors Association President NRK Vishwanath declared open the important song in the film.
This is a horror thriller starring Krishna Sai of Krishna Charitable Trust. This is his fourth film and third film as a producer. He plays a software engineer in this film.
The renowned actress Ragini Dwivedi, also known for action-packed films, has worked with ropes and jumped from a height of 50 feet in this film. “It has been a one-year journey with this film, although we shot for two months. The simple title Police Complaint has a fantastic story. I play a dual shade with a child in this film and this is a Telugu film. I am in three films right now and hope to get good encouragement for this film,” she says.
Police Complaint has five songs. Arohana Sudheendra has worked on two songs, while director Sanjeev Megoti and Sudhakar Rao have done the music for the remaining songs.
Arohana Sudheendra earlier worked on a solo song in Adhiparva with Sanjeev Megoti, and he is happy to reintroduce well-known singer BR Chaya for the song “Amma Amma…”.
Actress Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar and Naveen Chandra are in prominent roles. This film is produced by Balakrishna Maharana under MSK Pramidha Shree Films.
The cast also includes Aditya Om, Srinivas Reddy, Sapthagiri, Gemini Suresh, Amit, Dil Ramesh, Prithvi and others.
SN Harish is the cinematographer, Anugoju Renuka Babu is the editor, while Dragon Prakash and Ravi Teja have handled the action portions. KV Ramana is the art director, while the songs are composed by Sun Rase, Raj Paidi and Baba.
